With their intense sweetness and smooth texture, it’s no wonder grapes are so popular. They’re also surprisingly versatile, lending their flavour to everything from savoury meals and crisp desserts, to crunchy snacks.
Roll them in creamy chocolate and pop them in the fridge to chill for a midday treat, or pickle them with carrots and radish to make a tart addition to a topping, stuffing, side or salad.
When frozen grapes take on a sorbet-like quality. Display on a cheeseboard or enjoy with dark chocolate.
