We’re putting it out there and calling March the mindful month. As the year rapidly picks up pace, now seems like a good opportunity to pause for breath and take stock of the important things. For many of us, that’s family time. So we set about devising a host of simple-to-execute recipes that can be on the table in minutes, freeing up time for more fun pursuits.
