Feel-good food for the new year

in the January issue of the Spinneys magazine

If there’s a month for embracing fresh ingredients, cooking healthily and keeping it simple, it’s January. As befits the start of a new year, we’ve done some housekeeping and had a bit of a revamp. What that means is more easy recipes with great produce at their core, as well as a dish so undemanding it doesn’t require a recipe.

We’re really excited about our Kitchen sessions feature, where each month we’ll be cooking with a member of the UAE community and helping to solve their culinary dilemmas. You’ll also find nourishing weekday lunches and dinners, cooking advice and genius suggestions for store-bought products, plus thrifty ideas for leftovers.
