Banana toasties with chocolate ganache
Melt 100g dark chocolate and 100ml double cream in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir in 2 tsp butter and a pinch of salt. Slice 1 banana pound cake into 3cm x 8cm dippers. Toast on all sides in a pan and serve with the ganache.
Iced chocolate shakes
Blend 500ml milk, 100ml cream, 3 tbsp cocoa powder,
2 tbsp caster sugar, a handful of ice cubes and a pinch of salt. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the rims of four glasses, pour in the milkshake and top with mini marshmallows.
Ice cream sandwiches
Sandwich 4 scoops each spinneysFOOD Madagascan Vanilla and Triple Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream between 16 chocolate chip cookies. Crush ½ pack Joe & Seph’s Apple and Cinnamon Popcorn and press onto the edges.
Fresh caprese-style pizzas
Spread 4 Arabic breads with 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto. Thinly slice 2 tomatoes, arrange on top then dot around 200g fresh labneh cheese balls from the deli. Season and scatter with basil to serve.
