Workout of the month: 15-minute top-up

Looking to get into shape for Christmas? This workout will have you feeling fine in no time

Repeat this workout every other day (first thing in the morning is ideal, as it will set you up for the rest of the day): Start with 20 push-ups, then move on to 20 toe-taps (repeat on your right and left sides). Follow this with one minute of burpees, then repeat the cycle until you have worked out for 10 minutes. Stretch for five minutes.
