1 tsp spinneysFOOD Garlic Flakes
4 tbsp butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Chili Flakes
1 tsp spinneysFOOD BBQ Seasoning
spinneysFOOD Salt and Black Pepper, as needed
6 large prawns
Olive oil
¼ Dino melon, cubed

    Mix the garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, chilli flakes and paprika, and season with salt and black pepper.

    Place the shrimp on a skewer and brush with the garlic butter mixture.

    Place the melon cubes on a skewer and brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Grill the shrimp on high heat, brushing with the butter mixture frequently.

    Flash grill the Dino melon for 1 minute or less per side, just for the outside to caramelize slightly.
