½ rock melon
½ yellow honeydew melon
½ small cucumber
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
spinneysFOOD Salt and Black Pepper, as needed
spinneysFOOD Micro Herbs, as needed

    Blend all ingredients together, adding a little water if needed

    Serve cold, topped with a drizzle of olive oil and garnished with micro herbs


You can experiment with flavours by adding some tabasco or chilli flakes for a more spicy soup, or play with different herbs. For variety, try different garnishings: Crispy fried bresaola make a good topping
