INGREDIENTS

½ yellow honeydew melon
1 cup of ice
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp spinneysFOOD Honey
1 tsp chia seeds

METHOD

    Blend all ingredients together in a blender, except for the chia seeds.

    Pour into two tall glasses, and top with the chia seeds.

NOTES

Feel free to substitute the melon for any melon of your choice.
Instead of adding ice, you can freeze the melon beforehand.
You can also add different flavours by adding berries, or spices like cinnamon.
