4 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp olive oil
Parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 x 8cm pieces of traditional French loaf
2 tbsp mayonnaise
spinneysFOOD Organic Vine Tomato, sliced
Bresaola, thinly sliced
Piel de sapo melon, thinly sliced
spinneysFOOD Lamb Lettuce
spinneysFOOD Salt and Black Pepper

    In a small bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, olive oil, chopped parsley, and mustard

    Cut the bread in half, and spread mayonnaise on each side

    Top with the sliced tomatoes, bresaola, melon, and lamb lettuce, and finish with the yoghurt dressing
