Heat a wok or large frying pan with the vegetable oil.
Once smoking, season the beef strips and quickly fry to golden brown before spooning on to a plate.
Re-warm the pan, once hot add a knob of butter, add the exotic mushroom veg pack, mangetout and edamame beans; fry for 4-5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Mix the fried beef with the vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds before adding the honey and soy sauce.
Serve the stir-fry drizzled lightly with sesame oil.
