INGREDIENTS

1 hibiscus tea bag
2 spinneysFOOD Earl Grey Tea Bags
500ml spinneysFOOD Water
1 bag of spinneysFOOD Pink Lady Apples, peeled, cored, juiced (pulp removed to make 500ml) and chilled
spinneysFOOD Honey, to taste
Thyme
1 Royal Gala Apple, sliced
A handful of raspberries

METHOD

    Brew all 3 tea bags in 500ml of water.

  • 2

    Add 500ml of cold apple juice and honey to taste.

  • 3

    Finish with ice, a few springs of thyme, apple slices and raspberries.

  • 4

    Serve chilled.
