INGREDIENTS

2 Bravo apples, peeled, cored and julienned
1 pack spinneysFOOD Spiralized Beets
1 pack spinneysFOOD Spiralized Carrots
¼ purple cabbage, julienned
1 medium sized fennel, julienned
A handful of snow peas, julienned
A handful of dill
spinneysFOOD Salt and Black Pepper
30g cranberries
110g mayonnaise
50ml apple cider vinegar
spinneysFOOD Honey, to taste
10g spinneysFOOD Mustard Seeds

METHOD

    Toss together the apples, beets, carrots, cabbage, fennel, snow peas, dill, cranberries, salt and pepper.

    Mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and mustard seeds in a small bowl.

  • 3

    Toss the vegetables with this dressing. Serve chilled.
