INGREDIENTS

2 Bravo Apples, peeled, cored and diced into 2cm pieces
200g cooked farro
A handful of walnuts, roasted
50g spinneysFOOD Raisins
A handful of mixed salad leaves
50g stilton cheese, crumbled
spinneysFOOD Salt and Pepper
55ml olive oil
20ml apple cider vinegar
spinneysFOOD Honey, to taste
5g Dijon mustard

METHOD

    Mix together the apples, cooked farro, walnuts, raisins, salad greens, cheese, salt and pepper.

    Make an emulsion with the olive oil and vinegar, and then stir in the honey and mustard to taste.

    Toss with the apple mixture and serve chilled.
