250g fresh sea bass fillets
1 ClemenGold mandarin, zested and juiced
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Fresh Coriander, chopped
spinneysFOOD Black Pepper
Fillet the sea bass and cut into 1cm x 1cm cubes
Mix the ClemenGold juice and zest with the lime juice and chopped coriander. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
Add the sea bass to the juice and serve.
