For the spice mix

30g spinneysFOOD Fine Paprika
30g garlic powder
3g spinneysFOOD Fine Pepper
12g onion powder
5g spinneysFOOD Dried Oregano
2g dried thyme

For the stew

30ml spinneysFOOD Pure Sunflower Oil
18g spice mix
80g squid, cut into rings
70g shrimps (size 30-40), peeled and deveined
60g clams, cleaned
100g sheri fish, cut into boneless pieces
40g tomatoes, sliced
30g onions, sliced
30g celery, sliced
60ml spinneysFOOD Bottled Drinking Water

To serve

spinneysFOOD Long-Grain Basmati Rice

    To make the spice mix, combine all the ingredients together and set aside.

    To prepare the stew, add the oil to a large stew pot, then add the spice mix along with the seafood and the remaining ingredients. Cook over a medium heat with the lid on.

    Serve with the rice.
