300ml double cream, chilled
175g sweetened condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk for a vegan option)
2 tbsp freshly brewed espresso
½ tsp freshly ground cardamom

    Whisk all the ingredients together until the whisk leaves trails of soft peaks in the bowl. Be careful not to over whisk.

    Transfer to a container and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

    Serve alongside a slice of chocolate cake or sprinkled with chocolate chips.
