INGREDIENTS

250ml spinneysFOOD Pure Sunflower Oil
125ml unsweetened soya milk, at room temperature
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
spinneysFOOD Sea Salt, to taste
spinneysFOOD Whole Black Peppercorns, freshly ground, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon

METHOD

    Place the sunflower oil, unsweetened soya milk and apple cider vinegar in a blender.

    Blitz until smooth and creamy.

    Season to taste.

NOTES

TOP TIP

The mayonnaise is more likely to split if the milk and oil are not the same temperature.
