To make the dressing, whisk everything together until combined.
To steam the Brussels sprouts, place a pot of water filled with a steamer attachment over a high heat and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the Brussels sprouts and steam for 8 minutes, or until just tender.
Drop them into a bowl of iced water for 1 minute and drain.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the dressing and serve with a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds.
