INGREDIENTS

500g mixed stone fruit, pits removed and halved
80ml spinneysFOOD Honey
250g spinneysFOOD Luxury Granola with Crushed Almonds, Cranberries & Chopped Dates
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Cinnamon
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground allspice

To serve

Double cream yoghurt

METHOD

    Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.

    Place the stone fruit in a 6-cup-capacity (1.5 litre) ovenproof baking dish and drizzle with the honey.

    Place the granola in a bowl and mix in the spices.

  • 4

    Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.

  • 5

    Place the baking dish on a baking tray and cook for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crisp.

  • 6

    Serve with the yoghurt on the side.
