INGREDIENTS
250ml white grape vinegar
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Salt
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Turmeric
85g fresh jalapeños, chopped
320g mangoes, peeled, cubed and grilled
1 red onion, peeled and roughly chopped
4-6 garlic cloves, peeled

Place all the ingredients in the jug of a blender and blitz until completely smooth and combined.

Pour into sterilised glass bottles.
