INGREDIENTS

270g rolled oats
120g ground almonds
40g desiccated coconut
125ml light olive oil or sunflower oil
160ml spinneysFOOD Organic Maple Syrup or spinneysFOOD Honey
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
260g mashed banana (about 3-4 bananas)
110g dried apple, chopped

METHOD

    Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

  • 3

    Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them really well to combine, using a spatula.

    Roll and press heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls.

  • 5

    Arrange them on the prepared trays and squish them slightly.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until dark golden brown.
