INGREDIENTS

100ml full-fat milk
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Honey
50g natural yoghurt
80g instant porridge oats
1 tsp chia seeds
½ a spinneysFOOD Cut Fresh Fruit Pot – Grapefruit

METHOD

    In a cereal bowl, combine the milk, honey, yoghurt, porridge oats and chia seeds. Set aside for 2 minutes.

    To serve, top with the grapefruit chunks.
