200ml whipping cream
200g dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
1 packet marshmallows
1 box spinneysFOOD Strawberries
3 bananas
1 bag spinneysFOOD Pears
1 pack spinneysFOOD Coconut Chunks
3 pieces of dragon fruit
1 pack spinneysFOOD Madeleines
1 pack spinneysFOOD Raspberries
1 pack spinneysFOOD Blueberries
6 clementines
6 pieces of kiwi

    In a small saucepan, heat the cream until it starts to steam, pour over the chopped chocolate and stir until the mixture comes together into a smooth ganache

    Prepare all the accompaniments into bite-size chunks

    Arrange them on a platter and serve along with the ganache
