200g digestive or coconut-flavoured biscuits
100g salted butter, melted


250g dark chocolate, chopped
90g salted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
200g mini marshmallows
75g peanuts, roasted and salted
150g Turkish delight, chopped

    Line a 20cm x 20cm square dish with baking paper

    In a food processor, blitz the biscuits to a fine, sandy texture. Mix with the melted butter and press into the base of the prepared dish

    Combine the chocolate and butter in a medium-sized, heatproof bowl and place it over a pot of gently simmering water. Allow the chocolate and butter to melt, stirring every now and then, for about 5 minutes

    Take the bowl off the heat, stir in the vanilla extract and allow to cool to room temperature

    Fold in one third of the marshmallows along with all of the peanuts and Turkish delight

  • 6

    Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and scatter the rest of the marshmallows over the top

    Using a blowtorch or an oven preheated to grill, toast the marshmallows to your liking

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set

    To serve, slice into slabs or evenly sized squares
