INGREDIENTS

150g rolled oats
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Cinnamon
1 tbsp light brown sugar
250g double-thick yoghurt
250ml freshly brewed espresso

To serve

250ml frothed milk

METHOD

    In a large bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, sugar, yoghurt and coffee. Stir to combine.

    Place the mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight

    To serve, divide between two bowls and top with frothed milk
