INGREDIENTS

900ml spinneysFOOD Bottled Drinking Water
250g brown sugar
60g cocoa powder
100g dark chocolate, chopped

METHOD

    In a medium-sized saucepan, heat half the water and all the sugar until dissolved

  • 2

    Whisk in the cocoa powder, mixing until slightly thickened

  • 3

    Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate

  • 4

    Add the remaining water and pour into a large, zip-top storage bag. Lay the bag flat on a baking tray and place in the freezer until completely frozen solid

  • 5

    Once frozen, break the slab up into pieces and place in a blender. Blitz until smooth, then decant into a storage container and freeze for another hour, or overnight
