185g (about 12) spinneysFOOD
Medjool Dates, pitted
60g Brazil nuts, lightly toasted
55g goji berries
1 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra to serve

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture forms a thick paste

  • 2

    Using a tablespoon as a measure, scoop some of the mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Continue until all the mix has been used up

    Serve with a dusting of cocoa powder
