INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp spinneysFOOD Za'atar
1 tsp spinneysFOOD Sea Salt
4 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, cut into wedges
350g chicken breast strips
550g spinneysFOOD Ready To Roast Potatoes With Garlic Butter
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
200g feta, crumbled
6 spinneysFOOD Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, roughly chopped

METHOD

    Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4

  • 2

    Add the za’atar, sea salt, olive oil and the juice from the lemon wedges to a large baking tray and mix thoroughly

  • 3

    Add the lemon wedges, chicken breast strips, potatoes and red onion wedges to the tray and give everything a good mix

  • 4

    Place the tray in the oven for 25 minutes

  • 5

    Add the rosemary and crumbled feta and cook for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden

    Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt or tzatziki
