INGREDIENTS

70g rolled oats
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
70ml almond milk
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

For garnishing

1 banana, sliced
20g dark chocolate chips
20g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp spinneysFOOD Blue Gum Honey

METHOD

    Mix the rolled oats with the sunflower seeds, almond milk and yoghurt. Let it sit for 2 minutes

    Top with the banana, chocolate chips, hazelnuts and a drizzle of honey
