3 ClemenGolds
4 spinneysFOOD Pure Green Tea bags
1.5L spinneysFOOD Bottled Drinking Water
55g spinneysFOOD Extra Fine Caster Sugar
2 tbsp orange blossom water
2 tbsp spinneysFOOD Honey

To serve

    Prepare the ClemenGolds by removing the peel and reserving the flesh

    In a large pot, combine the tea bags, peel, water and caster sugar. Place over a medium heat and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the orange blossom water

    Strain the tea and sweeten with the honey

    In a blender, blitz the ClemenGold flesh until it is completely puréed. Pass it through a fine mesh sieve to get rid of any unwanted pulp and add it to the tea mixture

    Place in the fridge for 2 hours, or until it has completely cooled. 6 Serve chilled with mint leaves and crushed ice
