INGREDIENTS

200g spinneysFOOD Baby Carrots
200g vegan feta
3 spinneysFOOD Organic Cucumbers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp spinneysFOOD Zaatar
spinneysFOOD Salt, to taste
spinneysFOOD Fine Black Pepper, to taste
200g spinneysFOOD Hummus
100g spinneysFOOD Pomegranate Jewels
100g mixed olives
300g Lebanese bread
150g spinneysFOOD Semi Dried Tomatoes
150g spinneysFOOD Seedless Black Grapes
150g mini peppers

METHOD

    Peel and trim the baby carrots

    Cut the vegan feta into cubes

  • 3

    Slice each cucumber lengthways into four pieces

  • 4

    Mix the olive oil, za'atar and season with salt and pepper to taste

  • 5

    Add the hummus to a small bowl and garnish with the pomegranate jewels

  • 6

    To serve, place the bowl of hummus in the center of a platter and arrange the remaining ingredients around it
