Matcha and Pistachio Iced Lattes

2 tsp matcha powder
1 cup pistachios, shelled
1 tin full-fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
750ml full-fat milk

    In the jug of a blender, combine all the ingredients except the full-fat milk and blitz the mixture to a smooth consistency

    Pour the mixture into 2-3 ice cube trays and freeze until it sets. 3 Divide the matcha ice cubes between 6 short glasses and add milk
