INGREDIENTS

250g salted butter
250g tahini
500g spinneysFOOD Super Fine Icing Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
spinneysFOOD White Sesame Seeds, toasted, to decorate

METHOD

    Grease and line a standard loaf tin with baking paper

    Place the butter and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on full power until melted

  • 3

    Sieve the icing sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter, tahini and vanilla until completely combined. Press the fudge into the prepared tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  • 4

    Refrigerate until set, then cut into pieces
