INGREDIENTS

125g rolled oats
50g coconut oil
3 tbsp spinneysFOOD Honey
2 tbsp tahini
30g hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
30g cocoa nibs
Milk or yoghurt, to serve

METHOD

    Combine the oats, oil, honey, cardamom and tahini together in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes

  • 2

    tir in the hazelnuts and cocoa nibs and allow to cool

  • 3

    Serve with milk or yoghurt and fruit
