INGREDIENTS

½ cup blueberries
1 cup white seedless grapes
½ spinneysFOOD Watermelon
1 pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ribbon
Skewer sticks

METHOD

    Wash the blueberries and the grapes

  • 2

    Peel and cut the watermelon and pineapple into 1.5cm thick slices

  • 3

    Use a cookie cutter to cut out 5 moon shapes and 5 star shapes out of both the watermelon and the pineapple

  • 4

    Thread the fruit onto each skewer, alternating the order for each one, so they all look slightly different

  • 5

    Tie a ribbon around the stick for extra decoration

  • 6

    Squeeze lemon juice over each skewer

  • 7

    Serve within 1-2 hours of assembling
