INGREDIENTS

1 very ripe mango, peeled and cubed
125ml plain yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp chai spices
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Turmeric
Splash of milk or water (optional)
½ tsp soft light brown sugar
1 tsp chia seeds
Ice blocks, to serve

METHOD

    Place all the ingredients except the chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth

    Stir in the chia seeds and allow to stand for 5 minutes

    Pour into a 6-hole ice lolly mould, insert the lolly sticks and freeze overnight

  • 4

    To unmould, dip the mould briefly in boiling water
