VANILLA CINNAMON NUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

500ml almond milk
2 frozen bananas
2 tsp spinneysFOOD Fine Cinnamon + extra for garnishing
2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp almond butter
1 vanilla pod
30g almonds, roughly chopped
Cinnamon sticks, for garnishing

METHOD

    In a blender, blitz the almond milk, banana, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and almond butter.

    Scrape out the seeds of the vanilla pod and add them to the blender. Blitz once more.

  • 3

    To serve, garnish with the almonds, a sprinkling of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
