INGREDIENTS

1 nectarine, halved, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
1 peach, halved, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
24 spinneysFOOD Cherries, pitted
2 plums, halved, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
1 small cucumber, sliced into ribbons
Zest of 1 lemon
4 tbsp passionfruit pulp
500ml black tea, cold
4 tbsp spinneysFOOD Honey
500ml ginger ale
500ml soda water
4 spinneysFOOD Fresh Rosemary sprigs
Ice, to serve

METHOD

    Mix together all the fruit, cucumber ribbons, zest and passionfruit pulp. Add the black tea and honey. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes

    Add the ginger ale and soda water

    Serve in tall glasses with lots of ice and add a rosemary sprig to each glass

NOTES

Make using overripe fruit for optimum flavour
