Smoked salmon and avo wholewheat pizza

1 wholewheat pita bread
2 tbsp cream cheese
150g spinneysFOOD Smoked Salmon
1 spinneysFOOD Organic Avocado
½ small red onion, sliced
spinneysFOOD Fresh Dill, as needed
Juice of 1 lemon
spinneysFOOD Salt, to taste
spinneysFOOD Black Pepper, to taste

    >1 Heat a griddle pan to high heat. Place the pita bread on it and toast for 3 minutes until light brown and slightly crispy.

    2 Remove from the pan. Spread the cream cheese on the pita, top with the smoked salmon, avocado, red onion and dill.

    3 Squeeze some lemon juice on top and season with the salt and pepper.

    4 Serve immediately.
