INGREDIENTS

1 cup spinneysFOOD Self-Raising Flour
1 cup cooked leftover butternut and sweetcorn
1 cup milk
Cheese, for sprinkling
spinneysFOOD Sea Salt, to taste
spinneysFOOD Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

METHOD

    1 Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Grease a 6-hole muffin tin

    2 Mix together the ingredients in a large bowl

    3 Spoon into the muffin tin and sprinkle with cheese

    4 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
