100ml Apple juice
100ml Water
1tsp spinneysFOOD ground cinnamon
60ml Caramel sauce
400ml Ginger ale
200ml Soda water
1 Pink Lady apple, sliced

    Mix the apple juice, water and cinnamon together, then freeze in ice-lolly moulds for 4 hours or overnight

    Pour 15ml of the caramel sauce into the bottom of 4 stemmed glasses

    Fill each glass with 100ml of ginger ale and 50ml of soda water. Pop an ice lolly into each glass, and garnish with a slice of apple just before serving
