INGREDIENTS

2-3 packets sprouting broccoli
Flaked almonds
spinneysFOOD Salt, to taste
spinneysFOOD Pepper, to taste
2-3 knobs of butter

METHOD

  • 1

    Scatter the flaked almonds over a tray and place beneath a preheated grill to toast to golden brown.

  • 2

    Blanch the sprouting broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes before draining

  • 3

    Add the butter to the broccoli, season with salt and pepper and spoon into a serving dish

  • 4

    Generously sprinkle with the toasted almond flakes
