INGREDIENTS

A slice of Fourme d’Ambert
spinneysFOOD Medjool Dates, pitted
Sesame seeds

METHOD

    Cut the Fourme d’Ambert into thin pieces

  • 2

    Stuff each date with a piece of cheese, making sure to leave a small portion of the cheese sticking out of the date at one end

  • 3

    Dip the cheese end of each date into a bowl of sesame seeds. Serve

NOTES

TOP TIP

For a hint of acidity add a few drops of balsamic vinegar inside the dates before stuffing them with cheese.
