INGREDIENTS

1 round Alphenaer goat cheese, rind removed
spinneysFOOD Fine Black Pepper, to taste
Small bunch of fresh coriander, finely chopped
spinneysFOOD Medjool Dates, pitted

METHOD

  • 1

    Cut the cheese into small pieces and place in a bow

  • 2

    Add black pepper to the cheese and mix well

  • 3

    Add the coriander to the cheese and mix through

  • 4

    Take a teaspoonful of the cheese mix and fill a date

  • 5

    Repeat the process until all the dates have been filled
