Pineapple and mango crush

Serves: 8 Prepare & Cook:

Ingredients

  • 1.2 litres pineapple juice
  • 5 large mangoes, peeled and destoned
  • 1kg ice
  • mint leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Blend the pineapple juice, mangoes and ice in a large, sturdy food processor until you have a smooth liquid.
  2. Pour into glasses or jars and serve with a sprig of mint and a colourful straw, if you like.
