- 660ml watermelon water
- 500g spinneysFOOD Strawberries, hulled and halved
- 25 spinneysFOOD Basil leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pour the watermelon water into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen.
- Blitz the ice cubes, strawberries, basil and lemon juice in a blender until you have a smooth iced texture. Pour into four small glasses.
