Strawberry, watermelon and basil slushies

Serves: 4 Prepare & Cook:


  • 660ml watermelon water
  • 500g spinneysFOOD Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 25 spinneysFOOD Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Pour the watermelon water into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen.
  2. Blitz the ice cubes, strawberries, basil and lemon juice in a blender until you have a smooth iced texture. Pour into four small glasses.
