- butter, for greasing
- 1 potato bread bun
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 400g spinneysFOOD Pattypans, cut in half
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6 and grease an ovenproof dish.
- Blitz the potato bun to crumbs. Tip into a small bowl with the lemon zest, dill and chilli flakes. Set aside.
- Transfer the pattypans to the prepared dish and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes, then scatter over the crumbs, drizzle with the remaining oil and bake for 10 minutes more until golden.
