Ingredients
1.2 litres pineapple juice
5 large mangoes, peeled and destoned
1kg ice
mint leaves, to serve

Method
Blend the pineapple juice, mangoes and ice in a large, sturdy food processor until you have a smooth liquid.
Pour into glasses or jars and serve with a sprig of mint and a colourful straw, if you like.
