Grapefruit prawn cocktail

Serves: 2 Prepare & Cook:


  • 1 baby gem lettuce, shredded
  • 1 grapefruit, cut into segments
  • 150g cooked prawns
  • 30ml thousand island dressing
  • pinch cayenne pepper, to garnish


  1. Divide the lettuce and grapefruit between two serving glasses or bowls.
  2. Put the prawns and thousand island dressing in a bowl, turn to coat the divide between the lettuce. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to serve.
