Earl Grey milk chocolate hearts

Makes: 20 Prepare & Cook:


  • leaves from 4 Earl Grey teabags
  • 400g milk chocolate, broken


  1. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the tea leaves to a very fine powder.
  2. Put the chocolate and tea powder in a large heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Leave to melt, then pour into 20 heart-shaped moulds (or similar). Leave to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge for 2-3 hours, until set hard.
  3. Carefully remove from the moulds and serve or gift.
